ABOUT me, your theatre dork big sis turned nerdy gym bro.
Strength FOR ALL
You don’t owe anyone an apology for taking up space. Not in this gym. Not in your life. Full stop.
I built this space because too many of us — especially the femmes and thems who got handed a rulebook that said stay small, stay quiet, stay skinny, stay soft.
were told our strength IS somehow too much.
Too loud.
Too intimidating.
Too unladylike.
That’s bullshit, and we’re done pretending otherwise.
Here, you don’t shrink. You don’t apologize for the space your body takes up, the weight you’re moving, or the noise you make hitting a new PR. You find your strength — real, tested, load-bearing strength — underneath a barbell, and you bring it back out into the rest of your life.
This is a place with standards.
When it’s time to work, we work — proper Technique (When required), real effort, no excuses, no bullshit.
But strength isn’t just grind; it’s also the belly laugh when your deadlift face looks like you’re going to poo yourself, the tea spilled between sets, the community that shows up loud and a little unhinged because joy is part of the plan too.
So come as you are.
Lift like you mean it.
Take up every inch of space you were always allowed to take.
No apologies. Just YOUR strength & YOUR JOY.
